Church Administration

The goal of this course is to provide students with a foundational understanding of administration within the local church. Upon completion, students will be able to identify the structure of an organization, understand the role of the church administrator, and recognize how strong administration supports the overall health and effectiveness of ministry. This course will also equip students to effectively perform or delegate the daily administrative responsibilities necessary for church operations.

MarQuita Scott is a graduate of PISTIS School of Ministry and has served in ministry for over a decade. She serves on the leadership team at Faith Family Church as the Executive Pastor of Administration, where she brings structure, clarity, and excellence to support the work of ministry. MarQuita is passionate about helping God’s people understand the depth of His love and the important role obedience plays in experiencing the very best He has for His children.
